Si schianta un F-35 negli Usa, il secondo quest'anno

ROMA, 31 LUG - Un caccia F-35 della Marina militare statunitense è precipitato ieri nella California centrale, vicino alla base aerea navale di Lemoore: lo ha reso noto la Marina in un comunicato stampa, aggiungendo che Il pilota si è eiettato in sicurezza. Lo riporta la Cnn. L'F-35 è un caccia utilizzato da oltre 17 Paesi ed un valore di circa 100 milioni di dollari (oltre 87 milioni di euro). Si tratta del secondo aereo di questo tipo delle forze armate Usa caduto quest'anno, dopo quello dell'aeronautica militare precipitato a gennaio vicino alla base aerea di Eielson, in Alaska, a durante una missione di addestramento. Anche in quell'occasione il pilota si era eiettato in sicurezza.
