MONACO, 16 FEB - "Un attacco a uno è un attacco a tutti": lo ha sottolineato la vicepresidente statunitense Kamala Harris parlando alla Conferenza sulla sicurezza di Monaco e ribadendo il principio del mutuo impegno alla difesa dei Paesi della Nato sancito dall'articolo 5 del Trattato atlantico.
