Almeno 622 morti e 1500 feriti per il sisma in Afghanistan

The United States Geological Survey reported another earthquake on 11 October, near Herat province in Afghanistan, with a strength estimated at 6.3 on the Richter scale. More than 12,000 people have been affected and 20 villages completely destroyed by the 6.3-magnitude earthquake and the consecutive aftershocks that struck western Afghanistan over the weekend. KABUL, 01 SET - E' salito ad almeno 622 morti il bilancio delle vittime del terremoto che ha colpito l'Afghanistan. Lo ha annunciato il ministero dell'Interno afghano, aggiungendo che i feriti sono oltre 1.500. Nel sisma "610 persone sono morte e 1.300 sono rimaste ferite nella provincia di Kunar, con numerose case distrutte", ha dichiarato il portavoce Abdul Mateen Qani, aggiungendo che nella provincia di Nangarhar 12 persone sono morte e altre 255 sono rimaste ferite.
