MADRID, 10 FEB - Due agenti della Guardia Civile sono rimasti uccisi e due feriti, di cui uno gravemente, nello speronamento di un fuoribordo veloce di narcotrafficanti della motovedetta sulla quale i militari svolgevano ieri notte un pattugliamento nel porto di Barbate (Cadice), a sud ovest della Spagna. Secondo la ricostruzione della Guardia Civile, gli agenti erano impegnati in un'operazione per identificare gli occupanti di imbarcazioni superveloci utilizzare da bande di narcotrafficanti, "una di queste ha investito in pieno la motovedetta degli agenti del Gruppo di azione rapida della Guardia Civile (Geas), su cui si trovavano sei agenti". Tre persone sono state arrestate, riferiscono fonti investigative citate dall'agenzia Efe. "Rabbia e indignazione" è stata espressa dalle organizzazioni sindacali della Guardia Civile "E' stato un intervento suicida, chi ha dato l'ordine deve dare spiegazioni", ha denunciato il rappresentante dell'Associazione Spagnola della Guardia Civile, José Antonio Belizon, in dichiarazioni a Efe. I rappresentanti sindacali chiedono di sapere perché sono stati mandati gli agenti del Gruppo sub su un'imbarcazione molto più piccola di quella dei narcos nel pieno del temporale e "sapendo che non era la prima volta che le narco-lance hanno investito motovedette pattuglia". Un altro sindacato, l'Associazione Unificata di Guardia Civile ha reclamato al ministero degli Interni "un'indagine a fondo" sull'accaduto, mentre l'associazione di categoria Giustizia per la Guardia Civile ha chiesto le dimissioni del ministro degli Interni, denunciando che i colleghi hanno operato su "un'imbarcazione inadeguata".
