ROMA, 30 GIU - La Russia ha schierato 50.000 soldati nell'area intorno alla città di Sumy, con un rapporto di circa tre a uno rispetto alle forze ucraine. Lo scrive il Wall Street Journal, secondo cui le truppe russe sono ora posizionate a soli 19 chilometri dalla città nordorientale ucraina diventata il nuovo obiettivo di Mosca.
