TIRANA, 16 MAG - "Zelensky era pronto a incontrare Putin, ma lui no. E ciò mostra che noi dobbiamo aumentare la pressione, con più sanzioni" nei confronti di Mosca. "Noi vogliamo la pace, e per questo dobbiamo aumentare le sanzioni". Lo ha detto la presidente della Commissione Ursula von der Leyen a margine del vertice della Cpe.
