WASHINGTON, 28 MAR - "Accusare l'Ucraina, gli Usa o chi altro faccia comodo alla narrativa del Cremlino è pura propaganda". Lo ha detto il portavoce del Consiglio per la sicurezza nazionale americana, John Kirby in un briefing con un ristretto gruppo di giornalisti ribadendo che "l'unico responsabile dell'attacco a Mosca è l'Isis" e che gli Stati Uniti avevano condiviso con la Russia le informazioni su un possibile attacco.
