WASHINGTON, 28 MAR - L'attrice Mindy Kaling ha aperto la serata alla Radio City Hall di New York per la raccolta fondi in favore di Joe Biden scherzando sull'età del presidente Usa e degli altri due protagonisti della serata, Barack Obama e Bill Clinton. "Io sto invecchiando, ma rispetto a loro sembro una delle attrice del cast di 'Euphoria'", ha detto la Kaling riferendosi alla famosa serie tv americana che racconta le vicende di un gruppo di adolescenti. "E' bello essere in mezzo a così tante persone ricche", ha aggiunto la regista e autrice ironizzando sul fatto che tutti sostengono un presidente che "promette in modo esplicito di aumentare le tasse". "Il motivo per cui siamo qui è rieleggere Joe Biden", ha poi concluso.
