Bisogna sbarazzarsi di quello che c'è lì": Così Donald Trump ha risposto a bordo dell'Air force One ai giornalisti riferendosi agli edifici danneggiati e rasi al suolo a Gaza. Alla domanda se il progetto Gaza Riviera è ancora in piedi, ha affermato di non sapere se ciò "sarebbe stato possibile per un po'". Quando gli è stato chiesto come sarebbe stata Gaza tra un anno, Trump ha aggiunto, come riporta Sky News: "Un anno è molto veloce, ma col passare degli anni la situazione sarà molto bella".
