GINEVRA, 10 APR - La Russia non parteciperà alla conferenza sulla pace in Ucraina organizzata dalla Svizzera il 15 e 16 giugno: lo ha annunciato il ministro degli Esteri svizzero. Mosca "non ha intenzione di venire", ha dichiarato Ignazio Cassis in una conferenza stampa, pur affermando che "un processo di pace non può essere raggiunto senza la Russia, anche se non sarà presente al primo incontro".
