Sequestrati 25 milioni di dosi di cocaina in Ecuador

QUITO, 26 MAG - La polizia ecuadoriana ha reso noto di aver sequestrato quasi 25 milioni di dosi di cocaina e 131.600 dosi di eroina in due operazioni condotte nella zona costiera. Nell'operazione denominata Poseidon XVII, condotta nel porto di Guayaquil, le forze dell'ordine hanno sequestrato 2.492 chili di cocaina, all'interno di un container con scatole di banane, destinate alla Russia. Il quantitativo sequestrato, ha fatto sapere la polizia, corrisponde a 24.920.060 dosi. Nell'operazione sono state arrestate tre persone. La polizia ha anche riferito di aver sequestrato, sempre a Guayaquil, 131.600 dosi di eroina, a bordo di un taxi.
