WASHINGTON, 03 SET - Una corte d'appello federale ha stabilito che l'uso dell'Alien Enemies Act da parte di Donald Trump per espellere rapidamente presunti membri di gang venezuelane è illegale e ne ha bloccato l'uso in diversi stati del sud degli Usa, lo riporta la Cnn. Nello specifico il giudice ha deciso che Trump non può procedere con l'uso della legge di guerra del 1798, invocata per la prima volta a marzo, per le espulsioni in Texas, Louisiana e Mississippi.
