GINEVRA, 31 LUG - I palestinesi detenuti da Israele durante la guerra di Gaza sono stati in gran parte tenuti in segreto e in alcuni casi sottoposti a trattamenti che possono equivalere a tortura: lo afferma l'Onu. "Le testimonianze raccolte dal mio ufficio e da altre entità indicano una serie di atti spaventosi, come il waterboarding e il rilascio di cani sui detenuti, in flagrante violazione del diritto internazionale umanitario", ha denunciato il capo dei diritti umani delle Nazioni Unite Volker Turk.
