The accident occurred on 17 February at Ha Long Bay when a tourist boat carrying 27 people sank. Nguyen Khuong Duy, a Vietnamese Australian, one of 15 survivors in the tragedy told local media the accident happened when people were still sleeping in the boat. HANOI, 19 LUG - Almeno 18 persone sono morte mentre altre decine risultano disperse nel naufragio di un battello turistico, il Wonder Sea, che si è capovolto con 53 persone a bordo nella baia di Ha Long, in Vietnam. I soccorsi hanno finora tratto in salvo 12 persone, mentre il numero dei morti accertati è salito a 18, riferisce il Vietnam Express. Il Paese si prepara all'arrivo del tifone Wipha, in rapida intensificazione nel Mar Cinese meridionale.
