MOSCA, 08 OTT - Mosca chiede agli Usa un atteggiamento "ragionevole e responsabile" sull'eventuale invio di missili Tomahawk all'Ucraina, sottolineando che esso significherebbe un cambiamento qualitativo della situazione. Lo ha detto il vice ministro degli Esteri Serghei Ryabkov, citato dall'agenzia Interfax. Gli Stati Uniti, ha aggiunto Ryabkov, devono astenersi da iniziative strategiche che la Russia potrebbe considerare come tentativi di influenzare le sue capacità di deterrenza nucleare.
