ROMA, 29 OTT - Gli Stati Uniti ritireranno circa 800 soldati dalla Romania, secondo quanto riferito da fonti ufficiali al media rumeno G4Media.ro. Secondo queste fonti, l'annuncio è stato dato lunedì nell'ambito del quadro ufficiale della Nato. Gli Stati Uniti ritireranno anche le truppe da Bulgaria, Ungheria e Slovacchia. Si tratta di una decisione della Casa Bianca, scrive il media rumeno, quindi ha effetto immediato, ma teoricamente il Congresso può ancora modificarla. Le truppe americane sono di stanza in Romania nelle basi di Mihail Kogelniceanu, Deveselu e Câmpia-Turzi. In totale, ci sono circa mille soldati americani in Romania.
