WASHINGTON, 27 LUG - Il segretario della Salute americano Robert F. Kennedy Jr. intende licenziare tutti i 16 membri di una task force che raccomanda quali servizi sanitari preventivi, come gli screening per il cancro, debbano essere coperti dall'assicurazione. Lo rivela una fonte informata ad Abc news spiegando che Rfk jr ritiene che la United States Preventive Services Task Force sia "troppo di sinistra". Un portavoce del dipartimento della Salute, Andrew Nixon, ha dichiarato in una nota che "non è stata presa alcuna decisione definitiva" sulla task force.
