Il Brasile supera la soglia di 1,3 milioni di casi di dengue

BRASILIA, 10 MAR - Il Brasile ha superato la soglia di 1,3 milioni di casi sospetti di dengue. Secondo i dati del ministero della Salute, il bilancio dei morti per il virus è salito a 329, mentre sono in corso accertamenti su altri 767 decessi. In pratica, nei primi mesi dell'anno, nel Paese si è registrato un ritmo di 19.544 infezioni al giorno. Anche la sindrome da infezione congenita per il virus della zika, secondo dati ufficiali, ha rialzato la testa nel 2023, con 1.035 casi, il dato più alto dal 2019.
