BRUXELLES, 17 OTT - L'Ue propone di utilizzare parte del prestito proposto da 140 miliardi di euro garantito dai beni russi congelati Russia per acquistare armi statunitensi per l'Ucraina. La maggior parte di questo prestito sarebbe utilizzata per l'acquisto di armi, secondo un documento della Commissione che descrive in dettaglio la struttura del prestito, visionato dal Financial Times, nonché per sostenere l'Ucraina e le industrie della difesa europee.
