ROMA, 31 GEN - "C'è grande stupore, perché a nostro avviso non c'è la necessità di aspettare il pronunciamento della Corte di giustizia europea". Lo affermano fonti di governo all'ANSA commentando la mancata convalida da parte dei giudici della Corte d'appello di Roma dei trattenimenti dei migranti che erano stati portati in Albania.
