MOSCA, 11 APR - "Il processo negoziale senza la Russia non ha senso e, in effetti, è un processo negoziale a vuoto": lo ha detto il portavoce del Cremlino, Dmitri Peskov, all'indomani dell'annuncio di una conferenza di pace sull'Ucraina in Svizzera il 15 e il 16 giugno. Lo riporta l'agenzia Ria Novosti. "Per prima cosa bisogna capire di cosa stiamo parlando, di che tipo di formula di pace, questa è la prima cosa. In secondo luogo, abbiamo ripetutamente affermato che, ovviamente, il processo negoziale senza la Russia non ha senso e, in effetti, è un processo negoziale vano", ha detto Peskov.
