MOSCA, 23 MAG - Russia e Ucraina hanno cominciato il maxi scambio di prigionieri concordato nei negoziati di Istanbul, che proseguirà nei prossimi giorni. Ne danno notizia le agenzie russe. La Russia ha restituito all'Ucraina 270 prigionieri e 120 civili, ha affermato il Ministero della Difesa russo. In risposta, sono stati rimpatriati 270 militari russi e 120 civili, tra cui alcuni civili della regione di Kursk catturati dalle forze armate ucraine, riporta Sky News.
