Cnn, 'Israele posticipa i piani per l'operazione a Rafah'

ROMA, 15 APR - Israele pianificava di muovere i primi passi verso un'offensiva di terra a Rafah questa settimana, ma ha deciso di posticipare i piani dopo l'attacco iraniano e le riflessioni su come rispondere a Teheran. Lo riporta la Cnn citando due fonti israeliane. I piani originari prevedevano che oggi l'aeronautica israeliana iniziasse a lanciare volantini in alcune parti della città per preparare le operazioni di evacuazione, hanno detto le fonti. Ma, ha riferito un funzionario israeliano, l'attacco iraniano ha fatto rinviare il piano anche se Israele rimane determinato a portare avanti un'offensiva di terra nella città meridionale della Striscia. I tempi delle evacuazioni dei civili e l'imminente offensiva di terra rimangono al momento poco chiari, sottolinea la Cnn, spiegando che l'esercito israeliano ha rifiutato di commentare.
