NEW YORK, 17 APR - "Nel nord di Gaza, neonati e bambini piccoli hanno cominciato a morire di malnutrizione e disidratazione. Oltre il confine ci sono cibo e acqua pulita, ma ci viene negato il permesso di fornire tali aiuti e salvare vite umane". Lo ha detto al Consiglio di Sicurezza Onu il capo dell'agenzia delle Nazioni Unite per i rifugiati palestinesi, Philippe Lazzarini.
