WASHINGTON, 15 OTT - Il segretario al Tesoro Scott Bessent ribadisce: le restrizioni della Cina sulle terre rare penalizzano il mondo intero, non solo gli Stati Uniti. "Non ci sono dubbi: è la Cina contro il resto del mondo", ha detto Bessent.
