BRUXELLES, 16 LUG - Ancora fumata nera al Comitato dei rappresentanti permanenti presso l'Ue sul 18esimo pacchetto sanzioni alla Russia. Lo si apprende da diverse fonti diplomatiche. Ieri l'alto rappresentante Kaja Kallas si era detta "fiduciosa" che l'accordo sarebbe arrivato oggi.
