ROMA, 12 GIU - Secondo l'ambasciatore russo a Washington, Alexander Darchiev, Russia e Stati Uniti - pur divisi da profonde differenze e da un'eredità tossica del passato - sono "condannati" a una coesistenza pacifica e non conflittuale in quanto grandi potenze. Lo riporta la Tass. Darchiev ha sottolineato che si è aperta una nuova "finestra di opportunità" per rilanciare le relazioni bilaterali e affrontare insieme le crisi globali, nel rispetto del principio di multipolarità e delle nuove realtà geopolitiche. Sul fronte diplomatico, il rappresentante russo ha inoltre confermato che, sebbene non siano stati ancora presi accordi specifici per un possibile incontro tra Vladimir Putin e Donald Trump, sarebbero in corso lavori preparatori.
